Since the closure of the garda station in 2013, in conjunction with Muintir Na Tire,Garda Siochana and research of other text alert systems the Committee decided to setup the Kill Community text alert and district area. The Committee has worked with the following, tidy towns, residents associations and co-ordinators to implement this service in the Community.
